Allison Iversen is Alyeska’s Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance, and is responsible for overseeing Alyeska’s formal programs for worker health and safety, environmental protection and state and federal regulatory compliance for TAPS. In this capacity, Allison employs a direct and transparent approach with workers, regulators and other stakeholders. Having lived and adventured around Alaska for over 20 years, Allison understands the environmental and financial importance of TAPS to Alaskans.

Allison has almost 20 years of regulatory experience in oil and gas development in Alaska, focusing on state and federal permitting and pipeline regulatory requirements. She previously worked on the Alyeska Compliance and Strategy teams, and worked in compliance while with the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources.

Allison received her JD and Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a Concentration in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming. She and her husband enjoy outdoor adventures around Alaska and traveling with their two daughters.
