Nine interns have joined Alyeska to develop work experience and sharpen professional skills in the 2022 Summer Internship Program.
Interns will spend the summer working in both urban and field location, stationed in Anchorage, Fairbanks, at the Valdez Terminal and pump stations along TAPS.
“Alyeska’s internship program is an important part of introducing students to our industry and organization,” said Carrie Irwin Brown, Alyeska’s Alaska Native Program Director. “These students are learning new ways to do the work we’re doing today, and the knowlege they’re bringing to TAPS helps us continually improve. We have a great group of interns this year, and I know the experience they’ll recieve working alongside mentors and strong work groups will complement their studies while at school.”
